Final Paper Submission

Step 1

  • Download the Camera Ready Format for ICCCIS.
  • It is required that the manuscript follows the standard IEEE camera-ready format.
  • Please click here to download the IEEE templates in MS Word.
  • Please click here to download the IEEE templates in pdf.
  • The paper length should not exceed six (6) pages, in standard IEEE two (2) column formats. You need to modify your paper exactly as per the format requirements specified in the Camera Ready Format.
  • However, the authors can extend maximum 2 page with over length page charge, of Rs. 1,000/page for Indian participant and US $ 50/page for International participant. (Maximum page submission is eight (8) pages).

Step 2

  • Convert the MS Word file of Camera Ready paper into PDF format.

Step 3

  • Please Rename your PDF as XXX_CamReady.PDF where XXX is your paper ID. Ex: 1000_CamReady.PDF for paper ID 1000.

Step 4

  • Transfer the concerned amount in given Account No. (Payment Mode Allowed: NEFT Transfer/Bank Deposit).
  • DD will not be acceptable in any circumstances

Step 5

  • Please Rename your PDF as XXX_CamReady.PDF where XXX is your paper ID. Ex: 1000_CamReady.PDF for paper ID 1000.• Download and fill the Registration form for Author for ICCCIS. Click Here
  • Also fill the Registration Details Online. REGISTRATION FORM [These details will be used for preparing Certificates]

Step 6

Email a single zip file named XXX.zip/XXX.rar where XXX is Paper Id containing following files to icccis2023@gmail.com having subject as "Registration for Paper Id_XXX" :

  1. File of Camera Ready Paper (XXX_CamReady.pdf)
  2. Source File of Camera Ready Paper (XXX_ CamReady.DOC or XXX_CamReady.docs)
  3. Registration Form (XXX_RegistrationForm.pdf)
  4. Scanned Copy of E-receipt with Transaction (UTR) Number (XXX_EReceipt.pdf)
  5. Scanned Copy of IEEE Membership Card (If Applicable) (XXX_IEEEMember.pdf)
  6. Scanned Copy of Student Identity Card (Full Time, If Applicable) (XXX_StudentID.pdf)
  7. A doc files which will include "Response to Reviewer's Comments" of the reviewers and how the comments are addressed in the revised paper (if any).

[Note: If a paper is written in Latex, then in place of MS Word [DOC] file, please send the Latex file of your paper.]
